[Users-list] Grid error

Hi there,
    I've recently downloaded grid (windows version 0.22b) and am trying to run through the tutorials to familiarise myself with the software,  however after loading up the first example and defining box size adding probes etc, when I try to run grid, it just comes up with 'grid error' in the status column. I can't find any log files of note and was wondering if anyone else had come across issues like this and what to do about them.
