[Users-list] Problem with the SHOP lisence line

Hi,
the problem is very probably due to an inconsistency between the 
settings of your server and the kind of license you've been provided 
with: edit file server.conf (it's in "bin" sub folder of your SHOP 
installation path) and make sure you have set the number of accepting 
clients' connection to "1", that's the default for any free academic 
SHOP licenses.
