[Users-list] metasite installation

I just resolved this problem through the same question addressed to the
users list with a response provided by a representative from the
company.

Presuming you are using Windows version, the following should work:

two batch files should be present inside the top folder
of your MetaSite
		installation, namely metasite.bat and xmetasite.bat
(filename extensions
may or may not be visible depending on the machine
settings).

metasite.bat launches the command-line version of the
program and it is
supposed to be executed from a command prompt. When
directly invoked by
a double click it produces the effect you describe.

In order to run the MetaSite graphical interface,
xmetasite.bat is to be
		used instead.

So, try running xmetasite.bat and see if that solves your problem.
As an additional matter, I had to turn off my antivirus and antispyware
programs to get the program to give me the license lines.

Regards,
Roberta

Good morning!
I downloaded and tried running Metasite, but nothing happens. Any
suggestions?
